A Ubiquitous Work Life

The "Worklife" initiative was conceived as a culture that fosters employee well-being and rewards hard work with special perks at Irvine Company. The aim was to promote a healthy work environment where employees feel appreciated. To reinforce this culture, reminders of these perks were integrated into employees' daily routines, both online and throughout their workplace environment.
